Opportunities
Weekly Service
Weekly Service is, and always has been, an essential aspect of a Marist education. We go to schools, after-school programs, and nursing homes. The commitment is 2 hours weekly, same day, time, and place.
The 2-hour time slot includes transportation. So, if your time slot is 9:00 am – 11:00 am, you will leave Marist at 9:00 and you will be back by 11:00. You will meet the van at Donnelly. The driver will bring you to your site and pick you up from the site.
If you complete 16 hours of service, you will receive 2 priority points.
You must sign up for service in person (Byrne House), once you have signed up, you must register your information online.
Annual Community Service Day
On November 16, 2024, we will be collaborating with Housing for our Annual Community Service Day.
